The Web3 World Society is the think tank, research institute and digital policy consultancy for a fair, sustainable and human-centric future of the connected world. Our association aims to use diplomacy to set impulses for the safe further development of the World Wide Web with an European approach for global issues.
We want to promote the discourse in favor of a liberal economic and security policy in a digitally transformed, multipolar world order.
We strengthen the idea of decentralism as a counter-model to the centralized development of the Internet, which endangers our free, democratic values. Our approach is to point out technical rather than regulatory solutions and to bring these to the attention of decision-makers in business, politics, the military and the media. We have developed the principle of dDPI: decentralized Digital Public Infrastructure.
We want to focus on people’s individuality. Decentrally embedded systems should take into account the idea of the sovereignty of clusters as well as the networking of these groups on global issues. A democracy thrives on the diversity and self-determination of local, regional or cultural-spatial identities, which together address the major issues of our humanity. Technology can help us achieve this.
This is where our think tank comes in and helps governments and large organizations to drive forward this digital transformation of the interconnected society.

About
Mission
We help with the decision-making process. The complexity for large organizations such as multinational alliances or states in today’s world is very high. No central authority in the world can oversee them in their entirety. Even the most powerful AI models cannot help here, despite the global design of the Internet. Although we are interconnected worldwide, there are different national needs and unfortunately also major tensions in the context of geopolitical developments.
Our approach is therefore to use the specific needs of individual clusters as a benchmark for the development of healthy holistic ecosystems. A decentralized, digital system that is an infrastructure serving the common good can be the solution to overcoming complexity barriers and ensures the inclusion of all people while valuing their respective rights to freedom. Therefore, we are developing so-called dDPIs – decentralized Digtal Public Infrastructures, which includes free decision-making power, self-sovereign digital identities, zero trust architecture, independent digital payment systems, distributed data storage, trust-based AI algorithms, smart contracts and much more.
With these concepts, we want to reduce the hardening tensions in today’s confrontational world order and thus ensure peaceful interaction with one another.

What We Do
We are diplomats for dDPIs
dDPI – decentralized Digital Public Infrastructure.
Similar to roads in the physical world, but without being controlled by a single entity. This is essential for people to connect with each other and gain access to a variety of commodities and services. These goods and services are critical to creating opportunity in many areas – including finance, health, social life and security. But what happens when people do not have access to this infrastructure? This leads to limited inclusion, which particularly affects women and poor people. Addressing these challenges is crucial to promoting equal opportunities and diverse access to a safe digital space. In doing so, we must ensure that the interests of individual parties or oligopolistic structures do not usurp this artery of the general public.
Similarly, the elements of the dDPI – decentralized coordinated digital identification, payments or data exchange – form an interconnected digital network that enables countries to securely and efficiently open up economic opportunities and provide social services to their residents. This gives people access to everything they need to live healthy, productive lives, making communities stronger and more resilient. They maintain their freedom to make decisions that meet their individual needs and those of their families.

Decentralism is a political movement and holistic conceptual idea invented and cultivated by the Web3 World Society.
We pursue this principle in all areas of social, economic and geopolitical interaction. Instead of centralized regulation, technical innovations enable a free, democratic and unmanipulable global network.

TECHNOLOGY: Web Neutrality
- Promotion of systems with decentralized IT infrastructure, especially blockchain solutions.
- Use of neutral components in the Internet backend to enable party-independent interactions.
- Use of encryption technologies to protect identity and data and to guarantee the digital sovereignty of individual users.
- Promote a tamper-free neutrality and trust layer of the Internet based on distributed ledger technologies.
- Use of open source algorithms and quantum- secure encryption technology.
ECONOMY: Cyber Liberalism
- Avoidance of uncontrolled digital agglomeration, which could lead to a planned economy in cyberspace.
- Advocating a decentralized decision-making structure to ensure a free market, as well as open competition between independent currencies such as Bitcoin.
- Protecting the ownership of personal and corporate digital assets and providing embedded customizable smart contract mechanisms for liberal cooperation between economic parties, instead of interference by state regulation or monopolistic superiority.
- Appeal to a rational economic policy and a renaissance of enlightenment.
SECURITY: Defensible Network
- Breaking up autocratic power structures, protecting freedom and avoiding geopolitical tensions, abuse of the internet, systemically motivated cyberattacks against humanity and the escalation spiral of hybrid warfare.
- Deploy distributed solutions to mitigate threats such as attacks on critical infrastructure or the manipulation of the masses to destabilize entire societies through more vulnerable centralized IT infrastructures.
- Civil protection by promoting personal responsibility and empowering citizens to enable their own security in cyberspace.
